Glen Education have formed a partnership with the Rotary Club of Caulfield to collaborate on an Art Project!
The Rotary Club of Caulfield Inc. is presenting an Exhibition “Aussie Rules-Passion and Pain” at Glen Eira City Council Gallery from Thursday 13 September to Sunday 7 October, 2018. The group have been looking for a community group, such as Glen Education, that can create an interactive exhibition space for children. This is a brilliant opportunity for Glen Education to advocate for and showcase the capabilities of young children, so we have eagerly agreed to participate!
The Exhibition was opened on Thursday 13 September by the Mayor of the City of Glen Eira and was followed by an Address from Author Martin Flanagan. The Dave Robinson band also played a medley of AFL team songs. Guests were encouraged to wear the attire of the club which they support-irrespective of whether AFL or local.
It was great to see so many community members (over 300) attend to support the event. We encourage all of you to attend the exhibition which will remain open until Sunday 7 October.
