Withdrawing Your Child or Changing Their Enrolment
Please note that a child can only access Victorian Government-funded kindergarten at one service at a time.
If you’re planning to withdraw your child, transfer them to another kindergarten service, or reduce their additional hours, we’re here to help make the process as simple as possible. Below you’ll find information about how to notify Glen Education and the notice periods that apply.
How to notify Glen Education
To notify us that you wish to withdraw your child from their funded kindergarten place or reduce their additional hours, you can:
- Email us at enrolments@gleneducation.org.au, or
- Complete our Withdrawal Notification Form by clicking HERE.
Notice Period
Withdrawing from a Funded Kindergarten Place
A minimum of one month’s written notice is required to withdraw your child from their funded kindergarten program.
Your child’s withdrawal will take effect one month from the date Glen Education receives your written notice. Notice can be provided by email or by submitting the Withdrawal Notification Form.
Reducing Additional Hours
If you wish to withdraw or reduce your child’s additional hours, you must provide at least four weeks’ written notice before the start of the next term by emailing or submitting the Withdrawal Notification Form.
If the required notice is not provided, term fees are non-refundable.
