Our Educators

Glen Education is committed to employing educators and teachers who are committed to providing high quality programs and modelling innovative, contemporary practice that exceeds the National Quality Standards, and is informed by the National and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks.

It is our priority to employ educators who are philosophically aligned with Glen Education and are passionate about implementing a flexible, emergent curriculum with a strength-based approach that supports individual children’s physical, social and emotional needs.

We are also grateful for the support and expertise of our leaders, managers and administration staff and thank them for their advocacy of our educators, at every available opportunity.  We value the relationship we have with our people and are proud of the work we do to strengthen communities, change lives for the better, and most importantly, support each other, especially during times of challenge.
