At Glen Education, we respect and value the wisdom and history that each generation contributes to our community. During Children’s Week we had the privilege of bringing two of these generations together. A special bond with Arcare Carnegie Aged Care, VIC and the children at Glen Bentleigh East Kindergarten was created last week when the children travelled by bus for this long awaited visit. The children presented handmade cards and flowers to the residents which were received with such excitement. Together they danced, sang and read together with many special connections being created. A beautiful celebration of joy and wonder, full with rich learning opportunities for everyone involved.
